Catherine Roberts Mize - Owner and Chief Practitioner

John Ellett - Certified Orthotist

Texas licensed & ABC certified Orthotist.  Associate of Applied Sciences in Orthotics Technology from Shelby State University, Memphis, Tennessee (1985).  Additional training in Orthotic patient rehabilitation at Memphis State University.  Member of the American Academy of Orthotics and Prosthetics.  Career experience includes pediatrics, rehab, med-surgical, trauma, orthopedics and neurological orthotic patient care.  Over 20 years of practice experience.

Erin Berling - Certified Prosthetist / Orthotist

Texas licensed & ABC certified Prosthetist and Orthotist.  Bachelor of Science in Orthotics / Prosthetics from University of Texas—Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas (1993).  Member of Texas Board of Orthotics and Prosthetics.  Erin is trained at the Dallas Rehabilitation Institute and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.

Greg Small - Small Endeavors

 Texas Licensed and American Board Certification in Orthotics CO, LO /Post Graduate Orthotics and Prosthetics from Northwestern University, Chicago, Ill. President of  Small Endeavors Orthotic Services, he is contracted with Synergy O&P / Greg specializes in pediatric care (20+ years) and is associated with Children's Medical Center of Dallas. His experience has established him as one of the top Orthotists in Dallas and his knowledge is valued by others.

Franck Vautrin - Orthotic Designs

Texas Licensed and American Board Certification (ABC)  Orthotist CO, LO /Bachelor of Fine Arts degree (BA) in Biology and Chemistry from The University of North Texas /Franck also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Orthotics and Prosthetics from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. He has developed an extremely specialized skill in custom spinal bracing and pediatric orthotics and Children's Hospital . He began as a student and resident / staff practitioner with Synergy O&P several years ago before becoming a independent contractor in 2006.

Trained in microprocessor prosthetic design, Catherine has practiced in Dallas/Fort Worth area since 1992.
